Basic Pasta Dough
Yields: 5-6 servings Prep time: 1 hour Cook time: 3-4 minutes
Ingredients
350g of AP Flour
3 large eggs, at room temperature
1 egg yolk
2-3 tbsp of tepid water
Instructions
Mound the flour on a wooden table and create a crater in the middle.
In the crater, add the eggs, yolk, and water.
With a fork, start incorporating wet mixture into flour until it forms a shaggy ball.
Knead with hands for about 8 minutes until soft and smooth.
Cover in plastic wrap and let rest at least 30 minutes.
(Optional) Roll out your dough using a pasta roller and cut and form into desired shape
